Terms of service

These terms are between you and Sourdough AI LLC and cover your use of Tiptoe. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to use Tiptoe. Keep your login details safe and use your own account. Invite a partner only with their consent. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact support@tiptoe.ai.

Your 14-day free trial requires a payment card. Annual billing is selected by default, and you can choose Monthly before starting. One subscription covers both partners and includes the same features on either billing plan.

Unless you cancel before your trial ends, Stripe or Apple charges $59 for a year or $9.99 for a month, based on your selection. Your subscription renews automatically at that interval until you cancel.

We send a reminder three days before your trial ends with your price, renewal date, and cancellation instructions. Cancel a web subscription in Settings through billing management. For an App Store subscription, open Apple Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then Tiptoe and cancel. Cancel before the trial or current period ends to stop the next charge. If you have already paid, access continues through the paid billing period. Contact us with billing questions.

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service. Shared items are visible to both partners. Private items follow the rules in our privacy policy.

You can export your data in the app. Uncoupling archives the shared space, and both partners can export it. Account deletion deletes your private data. Export does not expose your partner's private records.

Do not use the service to threaten, harass, control, or impersonate another person. Do not access another person's private data without permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.

Tiptoe helps with everyday coordination and connection. It is not therapy, medical or legal advice, or a crisis service. It cannot guarantee relationship outcomes. AI suggestions can be wrong or miss context. Review them and decide what is right for you. AI requests use Amazon Bedrock; inputs are not used to train models, and Gentle Opener inputs are not stored. For urgent help, visit our Safety page.

We work to keep the service available, but interruptions and errors can happen. We may update features and these terms. We will post updated terms here with a revised date. For questions about the service or these terms, email support@tiptoe.ai.
