Tiptoe Help

When to see a professional

You can ask for professional support before you have a clear name for what is wrong. If conversations keep leaving you distressed, everyday life feels hard to manage, or you want help understanding your options, consider speaking with a qualified mental health professional. Tiptoe cannot assess your situation or replace that support.

You can seek individual help even if your partner does not want to participate. A professional can talk through what kind of support may fit your circumstances. You do not need to bring a perfect summary or share your Tiptoe records to begin asking for help.

If you feel afraid of your partner, threatened, or controlled, prioritize your safety. You do not have to confront your partner or use a shared check-in to resolve it. Consider a safer device if someone may be monitoring yours.

In the United States, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788. If you are in danger, call 911. For thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 or visit the 988 Lifeline. Outside the US, contact local emergency or crisis services.

Tiptoe support can help with your account. It is not an emergency response service.
