Tiptoe Help

Tiptoe is not therapy

Tiptoe helps couples organize everyday life and make time to talk. It can hold the grocery list, a weekly check-in, or an agreement you want to remember. It cannot diagnose a problem, provide treatment, or tell you whether a relationship is right for you.

The prompts and AI suggestions are optional starting points. They are not therapy, medical advice, or legal advice. An AI suggestion can sound confident and still miss important context. Read it, change it, or leave it unused. You know details the app does not.

A check-in is not an obligation to share something before you feel ready. Private drafts stay private until you queue them, and answers stay private until both people submit. Think about what you want to share before taking those actions.

If the same conversations keep leaving you distressed, you can seek help from a qualified professional. You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable or persuade your partner before asking for individual support.

If you feel afraid, threatened, or controlled, use the Safety page instead of relying on communication prompts. Tiptoe is not a crisis service. In immediate danger in the US, call 911.
