The weekly check-in

Your weekly check-in is a little room for the two of you and the week ahead. Sunday coffee is one option. Choose a time that works in your actual life, and change it when it stops fitting. There is no streak to protect.

Start with an appreciation. Something small and specific, like noticing that your partner handled a call you were dreading, gives everyday effort a place to land. You do not need to find a grand statement.

Answer the check-in prompts in your own account. Answers stay private until both partners submit. Once the shared reveal is ready, take time to read and talk. A difference in answers is something to understand, not a score to settle.

The agenda brings together tasks, ownership, key dates, date plans, and queued Tiptoe List topics. Choose what needs attention now. You do not have to solve every item in one sitting.

Finish with a clear next step, an agreement you want to remember, or time together to look forward to. If a conversation feels unsafe, stop and use the resources on the Safety page.
