The Tiptoe List is a place for small things you want to talk about before they become big ones. Thanksgiving plans, how the kitchen gets left, or a money conversation that needs more time than you have tonight. It is not a list of points against your partner.
Add a topic and write enough to remember what matters. A new draft stays private to you. You can edit it while you think, or leave it there until you have the words you want.
When you are ready, queue the topic for a check-in. Queuing shares the topic with your partner, so read it once before you choose that action. Keep the wording specific: what happened, what you need to discuss, and what a useful next step might look like.
Gentle Opener can suggest a gentler way to bring something up. Suggestions are optional and can miss context. Choose your own words before sharing.
At your check-in, talk through one manageable topic at a time. Save an agreement or a task if that helps. If you feel afraid or controlled, visit Safety instead of using a shared conversation to seek help.
