You can delete your account from inside Tiptoe. Before you do, decide whether you want an export of your information. Export your own private records and shared data in Settings. An export never includes your partner’s private records.
Open Settings, choose Delete account, and read the confirmation. Confirm only when you are ready to remove your account and private data. Deleting your account does not reveal private gift ideas, drafts, votes, or answers before reveal to your partner.
Shared-space archiving and export are separate from private-data deletion. Your partner may have access to archived shared information, and deletion cannot remove copies they already exported. If you want to end the pairing first, review Uncouple in Settings.
Check billing separately. Deleting an account or removing the app from your phone does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage Apple purchases in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancel a web subscription in billing settings before deleting your account if you want to stop renewal.
Limited billing, security, or legally required records may remain under the Privacy Policy, and backups expire on their retention schedule. Contact privacy@tiptoe.ai for deletion questions or support@tiptoe.ai if you cannot access your account.
